The MAGS Foundation, in memory of Brian “Mags” McInerney, exists to provide financial assistance to families impacted by severe mental illness. Our mission is to bridge the financial gap for those who are often overlooked, offering:
- Support for Long-Term Mental Health Care:
- Helping families access inpatient care and therapy for loved ones when insurance coverage falls short, particularly for conditions unrelated to substance abuse.
- Crisis and Emergency Relief:
- Offering financial aid to partners, spouses, caregivers, and children who face unexpected expenses due to psychosis-related crises or the tragic loss of a loved one to suicide.
By alleviating the financial burden during these overwhelming times, we aim to honor Brian’s memory and create a compassionate safety net for families navigating the challenges of mental illness.
